comment lockdown

i have made a new type of moderation for this website.
its called comment lockdown.
i am being VERY serious so please follow the rules :

no hacking (THAT MAINLY GOES 4 U MASTERPENG)
no swearing
NO COPYING MY SITE

those r da three rules. if u disobey them this will happen,

no one will be aloud to comment unless they are a blog owner.

if the rules r disobeyed AGAIN then,

only the owner(s) of the site will be able to comment.

and plus, there is a time limmit.

say someone who does'nt own a blog says something so horrible, so evil, so rude, that they MUST
be banned forever, this will happen

only blog owners will be able to comment FOREVER.

so obey the rules plz, and everyone will be able to comment
